How do I sign up? »
Feel free to contact us or fill out our request information form to sign up as a TND Partner. Our representatives will provide you with detailed information on our web-marketing services and walk you through the contract and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to officially enroll.

What are the costs? »
There are NO set-up fees neither for the brand development of your site, nor for IT set-up of your site to our Exchange. We only make money when you sell tickets! The only charges you will incur are with the purchase of your domain name, which you will need to do independently. A website domain can be purchased at GoDaddy. You may also incur in charges if you use outside resources to build your site, such as TicketPlatform or a local web developer.

Can I use my own current brand for my private-label site? »
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Since you are already generating traffic through your current website, it will make it easier to direct customers to your new ticket site, and showcase it as an enhancement to your current product offerings.

Can I personalize my ticket web site? »
Yes. You can add your own logo, featured events and Top Ten events. If you know how to edit Style Sheets you can create a site with your unique "look-and-feel".

Do I need to process credit cards and handle customer service? »
No, this is all done through TND. When an order is placed through your site, all processing and customer service takes place at TicketNetwork headquarters. For customers who wish to call instead of place their order through the site, we will assign a unique 800 number for your account, so your site visitors can place an order over the phone and you get credit for the sale. You drive traffic to your site - we handle the rest.

How much commission do I make? »
As a TND Partner, you are in full control of your commission structure. Since you can control how high you would like to mark up the ticket prices listed on your site, the higher you set your mark-up, the more commission you can make.

When do I get paid? »
Commission earnings are disbursed on a monthly basis, around the 15th of every month. The amount disbursed is for the sales from the previous month.

What if I am not happy with the results? »
If you no longer wish to be a TND Partner, terminating the arrangement is simple, just notify your TND Partner representative that you wish to terminate your contract.

Do you provide marketing assistance? »
Yes. As a TND partner, you will receive substantial information on top-selling events as well as on-sale dates so you can best promote the event ticket inventory listed on your site. In our TND model, we only make money when you sell tickets, so we provide you with all the tools necessary to help you succeed.

How do you track sales? »
Each website, and its respective check-out, has a unique code in our system, thus guaranteeing accurate tracking of every sale that goes through your site.

How can I track performance? »
You can set tracking codes on your site's various URLs to track the performance of your site through services such as Google Analytics. Please note that you have to set up these tracking codes independently. TicketNetwork does not provide this service for you.

Do you provide reporting? »
Yes. Through our WebAdmin tool, you have access to real-time reporting, 24 hours a day, on your website sales performance with information such as: the amount of orders for whichever date you wish to inquire, each sale's mark-up, the total sales revenue, among other important reporting information.

How successful are your Partners? »
TND Partner success varies on their respective customer base, pricing strategy, and overall marketing efforts. Our most successful partners sell over 200 orders a day with monthly sales in excess of $2 million. This, however, is not an indication of how much you will sell. Ultimately, each Partner is responsible for their respective efforts to optimize and market their site to generate a substantial number of sales. We can support your efforts, but it is each Partner's responsibility to drive traffic to your site.

Who are your most successful partners? »
Partners who are most knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as well as Pay-Per-Click (PPC) tend to yield the most traffic. We highly encourage all our partners to become familiarized with how these traffic-generating strategies work in order for their site to be successful.

How long does it take to get started? »
We can have your new website up and running in 1-2 business days.

Are there restrictions on how I can I market this site? »
Yes. We strongly discourage the use of SPAM marketing and/or illegal web-traffic generating avenues. Partners who engage in these types of activities will be removed from the TicketNetwork exchange.

Is every business eligible to become a TND Partner? »
No. Every applicant goes through a screening process to determine if their business model is a good fit for TND. Since TicketNetwork's focus is to sell event tickets, preference is given to businesses with a business model amenable for achieving this goal.

Do you accept Partners from outside the United States? »
Yes. The TND Partner Program also includes partners based in Europe, South America, Australia, Africa and Asia.
