As a TND Partner, you are also eligible to be listed among TND's Trusted Merchants. TicketNetwork prides itself in providing its customers with accurate and reliable information, a secure real-time transaction platform, and excellent customer service. Therefore, we expect that all TND Trusted Merchants comply with these high standards of service and security. To be considered a TND Trusted Merchant, the merchant must:
- Be powered by TicketNetwork Direct;
- Use a secure, certificate-protected checkout system;
- Offer a 100% Money Back Ticket Guarantee;
- Adhere to business and industry best practices when making any claims in their advertising about pricing and price comparisons to their competitors;
- Protect customer personal information as dictated by our recommended privacy standard, which states that TND Certified sites will not sell or rent a customer's personal information to any individual, business or government entity, unless requested by the customer, or if said site is required to respond to court orders, subpoenas or other legal process.
- All customer complaints are settled using the TND system of dispute resolution through an in-house dispute resolution service.
